1. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible to return a product within 5 days of delivery, provided:

-unused, unopened, and in original condition.

-tags, labels, packaging, and protective wraps must be intact.

🔔 Note: Items mentioned as "non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

-To request a return, please email us at help.grablix@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item. Include:

-Photos of the product and packaging

-Reason for return (Our team will review the reason)

📩 Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

3. Return Shipping

-Return shipping is to be arranged and paid by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

-Damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping or arrange a pickup wherever possible.

4. Refund Processing

-Once your returned item is received and inspected:

-We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Exchanges

-If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it. Email us at help.grablix@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Yes, we offer a 5-day return window if the product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

9. Can I get a replacement if I don’t like the design?
