🧾 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with our products. If something isn't right, we’re here to help — but we also want to be clear about how refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • Your request is made within 5 days of delivery.

📩 2. How to Initiate a Refund/Replacement

  • Email us at help.grablix@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect.

🚫 3. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately.
📌 Cancellation or refund requests for “change of mind” or “don’t need it now” will not be accepted.


📦 4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged/defective, we cover the return or replacement.
  • For all other valid returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

💰 5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 6. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders cancelled after payment without product issues.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging.
