1. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible to return a product within 5 days of delivery, provided:

-unused, unopened, and in original condition.

-tags, labels, packaging, and protective wraps must be intact.

🔔 Note: Items mentioned as "non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible.

-Photos of the product and packaging

-Reason for return (Our team will review the reason)

3. Return Shipping

-Return shipping is to be arranged and paid by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

-Damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping or arrange a pickup wherever possible.

-We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Exchanges
